Copyright and DMCA Policy
Platform Role
Anivexa is an indexing and discovery service. It does not upload, store, or host video files on its own servers. Playback links and media streams are supplied by independent third-party providers that are not owned, operated, or controlled by Anivexa.
Because the underlying files remain on third-party infrastructure, Anivexa cannot directly remove a file from a provider’s server. Copyright owners seeking removal at the source should also contact the operator of the service where the material is physically hosted.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that a link indexed by Anivexa points to material that infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, submit a clear written notice through Anivexa’s published support channel. A complete notice helps us identify and review the exact material without unnecessary delay.
Information Required in a Notice
Your notice should identify the copyrighted work, provide the exact Anivexa page URL and enough information to locate the disputed material, include your name and reliable contact information, and contain a statement that you have a good-faith belief the complained-of use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
The notice should also state, under penalty of perjury, that the information supplied is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf. Include a physical or electronic signature of the authorized person.
Review and Response
Anivexa may review a sufficiently detailed notice, request clarification when necessary, and disable or remove an indexed link that is within its control when appropriate. Removing a link from Anivexa does not remove the underlying material from a third-party host.
Counter-Notification
If access to a link is restricted because of a copyright notice and you believe the restriction resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may provide a counter-notification containing the information required by applicable law. Counter-notifications may be shared with the original reporting party as part of the review process.
Repeat Infringement and Abuse
Where applicable and technically possible, Anivexa may restrict accounts or sources associated with repeated, substantiated infringement reports. Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or materially inaccurate claims may carry legal consequences. Notices should be made carefully and in good faith.
No Legal Advice
This policy is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice. Copyright law and notice requirements can vary by jurisdiction. Rights holders and affected users should obtain independent legal advice when needed.
